PAK Art Board
Updated 2026-10-02, fourth round. The ice room is rebuilt as a true 360 panorama, and the three proof videos are here. The other four rooms below are still the old, tight ones: they are rebuilt the same way after you have seen the ice room.
Step 3, the proof: shots 5, 6 and 7 (180 credits + 11 for the light)
These are smaller copies for the Art Board (1080p); the 4K masters are on your PC. What I see in them is in my message.
The ice room, rebuilt as a true 360 panorama

How: GPT Image 2 was asked for a real 360 photo taken at eye height (a level horizon across the middle, walls more than 100 meters away, nothing within 10 meters). No new tool or account was needed. The ceiling, the gate overhead (it now shows the snowy night sky) and the floor are painted by Higgsfield as before.
What I see: the horizon is level all the way around, the walls stand straight and look far, the floor is open and empty, and the join is clean. The floor gate is a little to the right of his spot, as you asked, but it came out farther away than "3 steps beyond him" (about 16 meters from the camera instead of 11). The gate overhead is round and a little bigger than planned.
The fixes

The constellation reference, in natural star colours (blue-white, white, pale yellow, orange, a few red). The forest and desert skies get it when those rooms are rebuilt. Opening speed: the room now asks for a very light first version (88 KB) before anything else; on a slow line (5 Mbit/s) it opens in 0.7 s. Markers: "He stands here" exists only in this Art Board viewer.
Step 3: the start and end pictures

The third round (replaced where the pictures above are newer)
Master update: space (full size, 8K)

Master update: the five gates (full size, 8K)

Master update: the constellation
The reference, full size: ordinary white and blue-white stars spread far apart, four bright ones, with spare faint stars for future categories. Higgsfield painted it into space, into the forest's opening and, brighter, into the desert sky. What I see: Higgsfield keeps the look and the bright stars' rough places, but it does not copy every faint star exactly from picture to picture. In the gates picture I cannot tell the pattern from the other stars.
Master update: the five rooms (ceilings, floors and gates overhead painted by Higgsfield)
Each room opens wide, with a marker where he will stand. Look up to see the gate he came through. I looked at every room ahead, behind, at the join, straight up and straight down before showing it.

What I see: ice: a smooth ceiling with even aurora ribbons. Forest: the tangle is gone; the opening is clean, but it is shaped by the trunks around it (more like a cross than a perfect circle). Desert: the sand line is gone (repainted by Higgsfield), open sky with the constellation. Cave and volcano: clean. In the cave a faint up-and-down line shows behind you where the picture's edges meet.
Step 3, prepared: the start and end pictures with him placed in

The three prompts and the price (191 credits) are in my message. ffmpeg is installed.
Earlier on 2026-10-02 (replaced by the master update)
Space, remade (11 + 3 for Topaz to 8K)

The five gates, third version (11 + 3 for Topaz to 8K)

Desert: the sand line, blended much wider by code
Open the desert, facing that place · flat picture. The ripples now fade in over a quarter of the way around instead of starting at one line.
Room detail: three photo-like settings tried, then the whole ice room (120 credits)
Before: the ice room in 8K tiles · After: the whole ice room with new detail (Recovery V2). Zoom in with the wheel or two fingers.

My honest view: Recovery V2 is the most photo-like of the four settings, and stone (the gate) comes out well. But ice walls and the floor come out with clean, flat patches, like a painting. By your rule (a real photo look matters more than size) I stopped after the ice room and did not do the other four. The 8K tiles stay the rooms' main version.
Your three fixes (36 credits, one try each)

What I see: the forest's left and right edges join cleanly this time; straight up, the treetops swirl a little where code filled the last 19 degrees. In the desert the hard line is gone; only the repainted strip went into the room, the rest is untouched. In the gates picture the four gates are closer and the peaks are there; they are still smaller than the ice-blue gate below the camera.
The prompts as sent
Forest: A real photograph of the Moonlit Giants: a wide clearing among colossal ancient trees, as huge as giant redwoods, with enormous trunks many meters thick, covered in thick moss, rising far above the frame; a soft carpet of glowing-green moss and ferns covers the whole clearing, glistening with raindrops; a huge bright full moon clearly visible in the open night sky straight ahead above the clearing, with stars around it; moonbeams slanting through mist between the giant trunks; a small waterfall and a stream reflecting the moon; fireflies drifting in the air, seen as a 360-degree panorama (equirectangular) with seamless left and right edges from eye level at the center of a big open space, with lots of open floor around the center and nothing close to the camera. The giant trees stand all the way around the clearing, and the left edge and the right edge of the picture show the same trees and the same mossy ground, so they join with no visible seam. One gate in the approved ring 4d design <<<51ff0121-52f1-41f2-b20e-b3843c9efe4f>>>: a wide circular ring of dark weathered stone that stands a little above the ground, with thin gold lines set into the stone, exactly like the approved ring 4d, about 7 meters across. It stands in the floor ahead of the center, its near edge about 6 meters from the center, glowing indigo with a glimpse of a desert night full of stars. Natural light, real textures, no people, no figures, no animals except the fireflies, no text. A real photograph, like a still from a big-budget movie. Not a 3D render, not CGI, not an illustration, not a video game. Real textures, natural light and shadow, soft atmospheric haze, slight film grain, true-to-life color. No text, no letters, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no border.
Five gates: A real photograph of a high snowy mountain plateau under the clouds at night, with dramatic snowy mountain peaks rising all around it; fresh deep snow on the ground; snow falling. Five gates in a gentle arc, each glowing its world's color, a soft beam of its own color rising from each gate into the falling snow. Seen from the air, about 8 meters above the plateau, looking down about 35 degrees. Five gates in the approved ring 4d design <<<51ff0121-52f1-41f2-b20e-b3843c9efe4f>>>: each is a wide circular ring of dark weathered stone that stands a little above the ground, with thin gold lines set into the stone, exactly like the approved ring 4d, each clearly 7 meters across. The nearest gate glows ice blue and lies right below the camera, so only its far part shows along the bottom of the frame; the other four gates are big and close, just beyond it in a gentle arc that fills the width of the frame, glowing silver-green, indigo, violet and orange. Behind the gates the plateau ends and dramatic snowy peaks rise all around under the clouds. Natural light, real textures, no people, no figures, no creatures, no text. A real photograph, like a still from a big-budget movie. Not a 3D render, not CGI, not an illustration, not a video game. Shot on an ARRI Alexa movie camera with a 28mm lens. Real textures, natural light and shadow, soft atmospheric haze, slight film grain, true-to-life color. No text, no letters, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no border.
Desert strip (sent with the desert picture turned so its join is in the middle): This is the same photograph. Keep everything exactly as it is: the same Milky Way and stars, the same dunes, mountains and mesa, the same glowing violet gate halves at the far left and far right edges, the same colors, light and framing. Change only one thing: down the exact middle of the picture there is a hard vertical line where two halves do not match. Repaint only a narrow strip around that middle line so the line disappears: the dunes, the sand ripples, the distant mountain ridge, the horizon glow and the starry sky flow naturally from the left half into the right half, as one continuous real desert at night. A real photograph, no text, no border.
The detail test: the floor of the ice room (15 credits)
Before: look down at the floor · After: the same floor with new detail (zoom in with the wheel or two fingers). In the "after" room only the floor has new detail; the walls and ceiling are not done.

The real price: this one job cost 15 credits. A full room is six jobs like it: 90 credits. All five rooms: 450 credits.
My honest view: it is much sharper, but up close the new detail looks a little painted, like brush strokes, not like a photo of ice. This was the tool's "Redefine" setting. It has other settings (Standard MAX, Recovery V2) that may look more like a photo; trying one costs about 15 credits.
Opening speed: why 4.5 seconds, and now
Two causes. (1) The page first had to fetch a 3D library (0.4 MB) before it could draw. That library is gone: the viewer now draws by itself. (2) If the room is opened in a tab that is not in front, nothing is drawn until you look at it, and the clock kept running. The clock now starts when the tab is shown. Tiles are also kept by the browser, so a second visit loads almost nothing.
| Ice room, your PC, real Chrome with your graphics card | Opens after | Sharp after |
|---|---|---|
| ice room, first visit (nothing kept by the browser) | 0.7 s (slowest of five: 1.5 s) | 0.9 s |
| ice room, a later visit | 0.2 s (slowest of five: 0.5 s) | 0.3 s |
| forest room, first visit (nothing kept by the browser) | 0.6 s (slowest of five: 1.7 s) | 0.9 s |
| forest room, a later visit | 0.2 s (slowest of five: 0.4 s) | 0.3 s |
| desert room, first visit (nothing kept by the browser) | 1.5 s (slowest of five: 1.9 s) | 1.8 s |
| desert room, a later visit | 0.3 s (slowest of five: 0.4 s) | 0.3 s |
Sharper rooms, part 1: tiles (the numbers from 2026-10-01, before the speed fix)
The room is cut into small tiles at three sizes, like a street-view map. It opens with a light version, then loads only the sharp tiles you are looking at. The whole picture is never in memory. The picture is the same one as before: real extra detail is part 2, and it needs your yes for one test job.
After: the ice room in tiles · Before: the ice room as one picture. The button "Now: tiles" in the viewer switches between the two, and the line at the bottom shows the real numbers on the device you hold.
| Before (one picture) | After (tiles) | |
|---|---|---|
| Computer: the room opens after | 1.9 s | 0.6 s (sharp after 0.9 s) |
| Computer: data loaded | 3.9 MB | 1.2 MB |
| Computer: picture held in memory | 150 MB | 50 MB (83 MB at most while looking around) |
| Computer: longest freeze while loading | 0.6 s | none |
| Phone-sized screen: the room opens after | 1.1 s (the softer 4K picture) | 0.6 s (sharp after 1.0 s) |
| Phone-sized screen: data loaded | 1.4 MB (4K) | 1.3 MB, at 8K sharpness |
| Phone-sized screen: picture held in memory | 37.5 MB (4K) or 150 MB (8K) | 58 MB (75 MB at most while looking around) |
| Phone on 4G: the room opens after | 2.2 s | 1.2 s (sharp after 2.6 s) |
Measured on 2026-10-01 on this Art Board from your PC, in a test browser with an empty cache. The phone rows are a phone-sized screen in that test browser, not a real iPhone: please open the ice room on your iPhone and read the bottom line there.
And with a 16K room? I counted it with a plainly enlarged copy (no new detail, not shown here): a phone holds 58 MB as the room opens and about 115 MB at most, a computer screen 50 to 83 MB, a very large 4K screen up to 213 MB. The whole 16K picture at once would be 683 MB. So the viewer is ready for the sharper rooms.
v10, step 2: the look of every place (waiting for your approval)
Twelve pictures, one try each: space, the five gates, the five rooms and his five pieces. Every picture is next to the prompt that was sent for it, and every room opens in the 360 viewer.
See all twelve pictures and their prompts

v10, step 1: the plan (approved)
You answered my 12 questions on 2026-10-01 (yes to all, with three notes) and added two fixes: rooms are exactly 2:1 and never stretched, and shots are real video files of about 100 MB for a whole journey on a phone. Both are worked into the plan.
Read the motion plan · Read the prompt pack
Kept from before
His approved look, the gate design and the slab (only for the Lookup flight). They are saved as Higgsfield Elements: pak-guide, pak-ring and pak-slab. The glass panels and every page and its words are kept too.
Retired on 2026-10-01 (v10): everything made before
None of this is used any more: the old Home pictures, every world picture, the old volcano room and its test page, the guardian, the v7 motion plan and the free scroll preview. It is kept here only as a record of what was tried.
Blueprint v7: the motion plan and the free scroll preview
Nothing was spent to make these. The motion plan is the whole website as one trip, second by second, as a visitor sees it. The free scroll preview shows that plan with your approved pictures and a stand-in figure: scroll down and he sinks, scroll up and he rises.
Both are taken down. In v7 the figure was a separate layer drawn over stills; in v10 he is inside every shot.
What is a stand-in: one picture of your approved figure stands in for all six figure pieces, so he does not change pose; every video is a still or a soft blend of stills (this is also what older phones will get); the rooms are still pictures; and the figure was taken out of the hero and the five rings by code, as a stand-in until the real no-figure versions are made (step d). On a phone you see the middle of the wide pictures: tall phone pictures come later.

Checks on the preview: the rule check passes on every sixtieth of a second of the journey, on six screen shapes (same spot and size, whole body in view, straight down, one slow speed, no jumps, no flash, invisible page switch). On the real page, no words cover him, and the screen at every page switch is 44% to 67% of white (limit 70%). Quality Guard: speed, keyboard, readable words, tap targets, accessibility, stability and Pause motion pass. Smoothness passes at phone sizes and misses the bar by a hair at computer size on the test computer, which has no graphics chip (about 57 frames a second, bar 58): your own screens are the real test.
Phase 2: the hidden volcano test page (approved vs new)
The volcano as a real page: your approved 8K room, the glowing figure in front of you, moving lava and heat shimmer, embers, smoke, sparks when you tap, one glass panel, the arrival video (a draft), a Pause motion button, four quality levels, and a still picture for reduce motion. It is not part of the website.
Fixed on 2026-10-01: the arrival draft did not play. This host does not answer the "partial requests" that iPhones need for video files, so the draft is now played as a flip-book (small pictures in a row), which plays everywhere. The draft itself still breaks your plan (legs first, a step in from the side, a bright burst): it is not remade, and the new three-step move above replaces it.
The test page is taken down.
Quality Guard on this page: speed, keyboard, readable words, tap targets, accessibility, stability and Pause motion pass. Smoothness is not passed yet on the test computer, which has no graphics chip; your iPhone's Phone Check is the real test. The separate art review (Q3) asked for a remake of the figure before these last fixes.
Phase 2: the sharp 360 volcano room (approved vs new)
You chose the 360 photo room over the Marble room. You approved this 8K room as the volcano room after testing it full-screen (sharp and smooth). The first sharp version was blurry and blocky on a computer; this one is the 4K picture sharpened to about 8K with Topaz, a rebuilt viewer (smoother filtering, lighter compression, less stretch, zoom), and a repaired join. Computers get the 8K picture; phones get 4K. Open the 360 room, drag to look around, scroll or pinch to zoom, and tap the button at the top to switch between the new picture and the approved one.
The same part of each picture, close up:
Earlier test: the free Marble room (not chosen; nothing was bought).
The guardian's approved look
You chose the GPT Image 2 guardian from the 4K test over 2j. He is cut out of that picture and saved as a new Element, with a close-up of his mask. Every guardian picture in the 4K finals uses this look.
The fixes: 10 approved, FOREST-4a kept
Each row shows the earlier picture on the left and the fix on the right. You approved every fix except FOREST-4, where your approved FOREST-4a stays. The H2 and DESERT-3 fixes show the older 2j mask; the 4K finals will use the guardian's new look.
H2 · The reviewer found: The mask was pointed like a beak.
DESERT-3 · The reviewer found: The guardian mask was pointed like a beak.
ICE-4 · The reviewer found: The slab stood on the floor, not in ice.
FOREST-4 · The reviewer found: 12 glass panels, not 13.
CAVE-4 · The reviewer found: Three stacked panels instead of one tall panel.
VOLCANO-4 · The reviewer found: Fewer than 8 gold points on the map table.
ICE-5 · The reviewer found: Seen from the side, not straight down.
DESERT-5 · The reviewer found: Seen from the side, not straight down.
FOREST-5 · The reviewer found: The ring lay flat in the ground.
CAVE-5 · The reviewer found: The ring lay flat in the moss.
S1 · The reviewer found: Thin black bars at the top and bottom.
Earlier: the 2j mask close-up
Made from 2j and added to the guardian Element, so close-ups have a mask to copy. It was used for the H2 and DESERT-3 fixes above.
The 4K tool test: you chose GPT Image 2
Three approved pictures remade in both tools at their top setting. GPT Image 2 makes exactly 3840 x 2160. Nano Banana Pro makes 5504 x 3072, which is bigger than 4K and gets sized down. The Nano Banana Pro volcano picture is still waiting in Higgsfield's queue and will be added.
